Join PYT’s 50/50 raffle for our production of Grease!

Thank you for helping support our students and families by reducing (or even eliminating) the cost of costumes for our production of Grease. Funds will be split equally between the winner and PYT’s Costume Fund. Additionally, the student who sells the most tickets will receive a $50 PYT Gift Certificate which can be used towards any classes that we offer in the Fall of 2026, so be sure to give us the name (below) of the PYT student who told you about this raffle. Raffles are 1 ticket for $5 or 5 tickets for $20 with no limits on quantity. All online orders must be placed by July 25th at 5:30 PM, and all in-person purchases must be made by intermission of our final show. Tickets will be manually drawn at the end of our show on July 25th. Once purchased, the student whom you are supporting will manually contribute your tickets to our pot. To complete purchase of your tickets, please Venmo @Shari-Steier within 24 hours of filling out the following form (in the memo, please write “PYT 50/50 Grease”). Once the winning ticket is drawn, 50% of the total collected will be sent to the winner via Venmo within 24 hours.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility - Participants must be 18 or older. 2. Raffle Overview - The 50/50 raffle is a game of chance where 50% of the ticket sales go to the winner and 50% to a fund that purchases costumes for our students in order to reduce or eliminate the cost for families. Ticket sales will take place online via www.ProfessionalYouthTheatre.com/50-50 from July 21, 2025 through July 25, 2025 with sales ending at 5:30 PM EST. 3. Ticket Information - Tickets are available in the following bundles: 1 for $5, 5 for $20. There is no limit on the number of tickets a customer can purchase. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. 4. Drawing and Winner Selection - The winner will be selected by a random draw conducted on July 25, 2025 at the conclusion of our final production of "Grease". Tickets will be filled out on behalf of online purchasers and will be entered into our manual drawing by the student you are supporting. The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the drawing and will receive payment via Venmo within 24 hours of the drawing. 5. Disqualification - PYT reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms or attempts to tamper with the raffle process. 6. Limitation of Liability - PYT is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or failures affecting participation or winner notification. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless PYT from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation. 7. Privacy - Personal information collected will only be used for raffle administration and in accordance with our privacy policy.
